An RAF Navigator got up to some high-jinks by holding up a message making fun of his pilot in a 1,400mph Tornado warplane.
A snapper caught the high octane prank as the co-pilot held up an “I’m with stupid” sign with an arrow pointing at the man in charge of the aircraft.
The crew, from RAF Lossiemouth, was pictured during an exercise over Wales.
An RAF spokesman laughed off the incident, insisting the crew had not endangered the aircraft.
The spokesman said: "All RAF aircrew are trained to be consummate professionals but, as with all jobs, there are light-hearted moments as well."
