Three people have been charged in connection with an alleged fraud at a Moray Holiday Park.
It follows claims that caravans at Silver Sands in Lossiemouth had been sold several times over.
Grampian Police began an investigation in August last year.
Some residents claimed they had paid out thousands of pounds only to learn they had no legal title.
A report is being submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in Elgin.
The woman and two men are expected to appear in court on Monday.
