Police have recovered heroin with a street value of around £1,000 along with a “significant” quantity of money from the Tillydrone area of Aberdeen.
A 21-year-old man from Liverpool was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday in connection with the incident.
Constable Duthie of the CID Proactive unit said: "The support offered by members of the Tillydrone community was vital in assisting us in this enquiry and our thanks goes out to them. We would encourage that the public continue to support our actions against Drug Dealers by reporting any suspicious activity."
