Oil giant Shell has announced it is to shed around 250 jobs, most of them in Aberdeen.
The number has increased since the firm forecast just 180 posts would go in April.
The company have confirmed that between 200 and 250 positions will now be lost in management and non-operational roles.
Yesterday Shell confirmed that it would lose 5,000 posts worldwide.
The company said profit for the three months to September were down 73% to £1.8bn on the previous year.
