The Health and Safety Executive has been alerted after a woman was injured in a chemical spill.
A woman suffered eye injuries in an amonia leak at Dalcross Industrial Estate on Thursday afternoon.
Police set up a 200m cordon while fire crew cleared up the toxic spill at around 4.10pm.
A woman was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness with eye injuries from the exposure to amonia.
She was discharged without medical treatment.
A Health and Safety Executive spokeswoman said: "We are aware of the incident and are making initial inquiries.
"A decision will be made as to whether to launch a full scale investigation."
The road from Ardesier to Inverness Airport was closed for some time following the spill and people advised to stay away from the area.
