A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 25-year-old Sean Stark from Lochgelly in Fife.
A 21-year-old Ballingry man is in custody and is expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Mr Stark's family have paid tribute to him saying: "Sean was a loyal and loveable family man and will be deeply missed by not only his family but everyone who knew him. Sean was a brilliant dad, soul mate, partner, son, brother, nephew and uncle."
Sean's partner Melanie (pictured) described him as the love of her life. The family say that they are devastated at his death and wanted to thank friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their kind support.
They also expressed their gratitude to the police, paramedics and hospital staff who tried to save him.
