Death of 27-year-old woman in house treated as 'unexplained’

The death of a woman in Renfrewshire is being treated as “unexplained” by police.

The 27-year-old’s body was found in a house Graham Street, Johnstone.

The discovery was made at around 6.55pm on Wednesday.

A post-mortem examination will now be held to establish the woman’s cause of death.

A spokeswoman from Strathclyde Police said the death is currently being treated as unexplained.
