A woman has died and four other people have been hurt in an early morning crash in Angus.
A green Ford Mondeo left the road and overturned on the A933 Arbroath to Brechin road just before 6am on Thursday.
The 41-year-old woman who died was a passenger in the car. The driver and another passenger suffered serious head injuries.
Two other passengers sustained slight injuries. They were all taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
All five people involved in the accident are understood to be Polish. They were working in the local area.
