Vandals have turned off freezers at a Skye supermarket causing thousands of pounds of damage.
An unknown number of people snuck into industrial units at the back of the Scottish Cooperative store in Portree at 1.35am on Sunday.
Switches were de-activated, which turned off all fridges and freezers in the store.
Around £1800 fof ood perished as a result of the incident.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
