Police are searching in woodland and along a river in Perthshire in a hunt for a "very vulnerable" missing woman.
A major search operation was launched after Elizabeth Stevenson was reported missing from her Pitlochry home on Tuesday.
The 77-year-old was last seen at 2pm on Tuesday, heading north on Atholl Road, near Dysart Brae.
Ms Stevenson is very vulnerable and may be confused, police have said.
Extensive searches are being carried out on Wednesday around River Garry, between Faskally and Killicrankie, and in the forest area around Foss Road, Clunie and Craigower Woods.
Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was on the A9 at the Faskally Bridge and the Old Bridge at around 2.40pm on the day Ms Stevenson was last seen.
Ms Stevenson is 5ft 4in in height, slim, with blue eyes and red-coloured jaw-length hair. When last seen she was wearing a lightweight beige-coloured jacket, grey trousers and black boots.
Anyone who knows where Ms Stevenson is or has information that could help Tayside Police can call 0300 1112222 or phone Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
