Police have seized cannabis worth nearly £20,000 outside a primary school in Shetland.
Officers stopped a vehicle outside Bell's Brae Primary in Lerwick at around 5pm on Wednesay.
Class C drugs with a street value of £18,000 were found in the car.
A 45-year-old man was arrested and is expected to appear at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Chief inspector Angus MacInnes, area commander for Shetland, said: "We will continue to target those involved in the illegal drugs trade here in Shetland.
"We would again like to thank the public for providing us with information.
"The more information we receive the more proactive we can be in the fight against drugs, which are a scourge on society."
