Seven people are due to appear in court in connection with £300,000 worth of drugs.
Sixty kilos of cannabis resin was found after police searched a property in Dunfermline on Tuesday after a tip off.
Four men, aged between 31 and 63, and three women, aged between 20 and 58, were arrested and are due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Wednesday charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Detective Superintendent Colin Beattie said: "Tackling drugs and serious organised crime remains a very high priority for Fife Constabulary.
"These latest arrests not only send out a very strong message to those involved in the supply of drugs within Fife that their evil trade will not be tolerated.
"Be assured that we will continue in our efforts to target those criminals who pose the greatest threat, risk and harm to our communities in a coordinated, cohesive and collaborative manner.
"I would again like to thank our communities for their ongoing support and would urge that members of the public continue to alert us as to their concerns and provide information regarding the activities of those involved in Serious Organised Crime and assist us in removing harmful drugs from our streets."
