A hillwalker has been found injured after going missing on a mountain in the southern part of the Highlands.
The 58-year-old sparked a major search and rescue operation after he became separated from his party on Saturday afternoon.
They were walking on Ben Lawers, near Killin, one of the tallest mountains in the southern Highlands.
Mountain rescue teams and a Royal Navy helicopter were scrambled in an effort to locate the man.
However, he managed to reach a farmhouse and was able to raise the alarm from there.
He suffered a leg injury and was taken to hospital for medical attention.
