Offers are now being considered for Aberdeen FC's historic stadium after the closing date was reached.
Pittodrie Stadium, home to the football club since 1903, was put on the market as part of plans to build a new stadium.
Club bosses hope the sale of the 13.7-acre site will take them a step closer to the planned move to a £38m facility at Loirston Loch.
Potential buyers were initially given until mid-December to make an offer, but the closing date was extended to February at the last minute.
Derren McRae, associate director of real estate firm CBRE's Aberdeen office, said: "I can confirm that we have received offers for the site following last Friday’s closing date.
"We are now at a stage of giving full consideration to the offers received and are in further detailed discussions with the parties who have offered with respect to the various conditions attached to the proposals.
"Due to the complexity and conditionality of the bids, as is the norm in any residential site sale of this size, it is likely to take a number of weeks to get to the stage of commencing legal negotiations with a preferred bidder."
The city council has already granted planning permission in principle for a residential development on the site, including 350 houses.
