A 13-year-old boy has been injured after being hit by a car in an accident causing chaos for rush hour traffic.
The boy was hit by a silver Volkswagen Polo on the A90 Ellon road at the Exhibition Centre at around 4.45pm on Wednesday.
He has received treatment from paramedics at the scene, close to the Murcar roundabout.
A Grampian Police spokeswoman said his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
