A fatal accident inquiry will be held into the death of a courier driver on the A90.
Dean Grilli was killed when the red van he was driving collided with a Land Rover on the A90 Dundee to Aberdeen road at Stracathro Services near Brechin.
The 39-year-old driver, of Pleasance Court, Dundee, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The main trunk route was closed southbound for more than five hours as the scene was cleared after the accident on November 9, 2007.
A fatal accident inquiry into Mr Grilli's death will be held at Arbroath Sheriff Court on March 16.
A Crown spokesman said: "As he died in the course of his employment a fatal accident inquiry is mandatory."
