A 13-year-old girl has been missing from her Highland home for two days.
Beverley MacDonald, who is also known as Beverley Lawson, was last seen leaving a friend's house in the Merkinch area of Inverness at around 10pm on Friday.
Police are anxious for information on where the young girl has gone.
The teenager is five feet five inches tall with a medium build and shoulder-length brown hair.
When she was last seen she was wearing a red hooded Adidas top with white stripes, black leggings and brown Ugg-type boots.
