Firefighters have spent more than 12 hours tackling a large property fire in the Highlands.
There are not thought to be any casualties as a result of the blaze at a remote house near Sanna on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula.
It broke out shortly after 8.30pm on Friday. But crews from Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service were still at the scene on Saturday morning as they worked to bring the blaze under control.
The fire is believed to have started in the loft area and it is thought that the single-storey property has been extensively damaged by the fire.
A fire service spokeswoman said: "We're making steady progress but we're being hampered by high winds so the crews will be in attendance for some time yet."
She said 12 firefighters from two crews were at the scene, replacing three crews who tackled the blaze earlier.
"It's quite a sizeable commitment of manpower," the spokeswoman added.
