Police searching for a missing Hamilton teenager have found a body.
Ryan Stewart, 18, had last been seen by friends near the Quarry, off the town’s Carscallon Road on Monday night.
Officers discovered a body, identified as that of Mr Stewart, in the Eddlewood area of Hamilton on Friday.
A post-mortem was carried out and police confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
