A man known as the “naked rambler” is due to go on trial accused of committing a breach of the peace by walking close to a children's park while wearing no clothes.
Stephen Gough, 53 was arrested on Friday July 20 in Townhill, Dunfermline, Fife.
He is accused of conducting himself in a disorderly manner and committing a breach of the peace by walking naked in Cairncubie Road, close to the play park, and refusing to put on clothing or move away from the park.
Gough, from Eastleigh in Hampshire, pleaded not guilty at an earlier court hearing.
He will represent himself rather than be given a duty solicitor.
His trial is due to begin at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Thursday.
