An elderly woman was robbed by a man with a knife while she walked along a Glasgow street.
The 76-year-old was threatened while she walked along Holehouse Drive, in the Knightswood area of the city, at around 2pm on Sunday.
He robbed the woman of a small quantity of cash before running off towards Dyke Road.
The elderly woman was not injured but was left badly shaken. The suspect was a white male, in his late teens or early 20s. He was around 6ft tall, of thin build and was wearing a grey hooded top.
A police spokesman said: "This has been a very traumatic experience for the victim. This crime happened in broad daylight and I would imagine that someone may have seen or suspected something."
Officers are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
