A further five from Heathrow and one from Gatwick to each of Glasgow and Edinburgh, and three from Heathrow to Aberdeen, were dropped.
The airline was aiming to keep 60% of its flights operational overall.
BA advised travellers to visits its website for information on the latest situation and to check the position for their flight.
The strike continues on Monday, with a further, four-day walk-out due to take place from March 27.
