A 59-year-old man who died after collapsing while burning grass in his garden on the Isle of Barra has been named by police.
Electrician James Joseph MacLeod was found outside his home in Eoilgarry on Wednesday afternoon.
Police, Ambulance Service, HIFRS and a local doctor attended, however the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Northern Constabulary are not treating the death as suspicious.
