Pupils from a Dundee secondary school will take to the catwalk next week for a fashion show with a difference.
The Braeview Academy recycled and Fairtrade fashion show will feature couture creations made from a variety of unusual materials as part of the effort to gain Eco School status.
Visitors will not just be treated to old clothes given a new lease of life but professional make-up, lighting and music to complete the glittering experience.
A Fairtrade cafe will also open before the show starts on Wednesday February 10 to sell and showcase sustainably sourced food and drink.
The event has been staged by the Braeview Academy Eco Committee which has been working towards coveted Eco School status for the past few months.
Eco-Schools is an international initiative designed to encourage whole-school action for the environment.
