Two people were due in court on Tuesday in connection with a "suspicious" death in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire at the weekend.
The body of Martyn Stewart was found in a flat in the town’s Maiden Street on Sunday.
A 33-year old man and a 23-year-old are due to appear in Peterhead Sheriff Court in connection with the death.
