A meeting is to be held on Thursday inviting all those opposing and supporting the proposed "billionaire's playground" resort in rural Perthshire.
Local MP Peter Wishart will chair the meeting at the Macdonald Loch Rannoch Hotel, which starts at 7pm.
The proposed £1.3billion Dall Estate proposals include a luxury 104-suite hotel with health spa, leisure and retail facilities, a concert hall and two 18-hole golf courses on the site of the former Rannoch School, which closed in 2002.
Its developers, M James Developments, say members of the estate will need liquid assets of "at least £100million" before they can sign up.
Mr Wishart said: "I thought it was vitally important that those in the Rannoch area had the opportunity and forum to fully discuss what is, potentially, the most important development in the Rannoch area for many years.
"I extend an invite to everyone who has a view on this development, or is keen to hear the variety of voices and opinions of the Rannoch community. We have collected a range of interested parties to speak and I would encourage anyone with an interest to come along.
"As well as local groups and individuals an invitation has been extended to the both the developers and their agents. I feel strongly that they should use this opportunity to present their case to the community with whom they hope to share the banks of Loch Rannoch.
"Please feel free to come along next week. I look forward to what will, no doubt, be a compelling debate."
A Dall Community Association spokesman added: "The Dall Community Association are delighted that our local MP has called for this public meeting at Rannoch to discuss this proposed development.
"We believe that Rannoch is for everyone. It's meant to be a place that all people can share and enjoy - not just as an exclusive resort for the super-rich, and those who would despoil its beautiful uniqueness and seek profit over the needs of the wider community. Let's make Rannoch work for everybody."
