Sean talks about the low pressure system that brought heavy rain and flooding to the northeast during the first day of November.
The worst hit areas were Aberdeenshire, Angus and Fife. Homes were evacuated and travel disruption was widespread across the northeast. Some parts of the east had over half their months rainfall in just 24 hours.
