Two Grampian Police Officers are facing a charge of dangerous driving after an incident on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
Chief Inspector Tom Forrester is also facing a neglect of duty charge while Constable Ashley Forbes is also charged with failing to stop.
It follows an incident on the Belhelvie to Dyce Road in November last year.
Both men are due in court in next month.
