A restaurant has been flooded for the second time in a year after a heavy deluge.
Cath Rennie’s in the village of Wellbank, between Dundee and Forfar, was flooded on Thursday night into Friday morning.
The premises was once again affected in the heavy rain after it was previously flooded last August.
Firefighters spent four hours pumping thousands of litres of water out of the premises.
The owners of the restaurant have blamed the area's drainage system for the repeated floods and claim it needs to be renovated.
The Met Office has predicted that the heavy rain will continue across the Tayside region and other parts of Scotland on Friday night.
