A man who died while attending the RockNess music festival has been named.
James Smith, 22, took ill after he arrived at the event in Dores.
He was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness on Saturday afternoon but later died.
Police have said that Mr Smith had a pre-existing medical condition.
Around 35,000 people attended this year’s festival, which organisers said was a great success.
Biffy Clyro, Placebo and The Prodigy were amongst the acts who performed over the weekend.
The annual dance festival, which takes place on the banks of Loch Ness, has grown in stature since it first started in June 2006.
This year's event was the biggest so far.
