Name: John Robertson
Party: Labour
Constituency: Glasgow North West
What Sir Thomas Legg concluded:
Mr Robertson was paid a total of £1,750 in petty cash between April and November 2004. However, Sir Thomas ruled this was not an allowed under the Green Book rules.
The Glasgow MP was also paid a total of £7,225 for cleaning costs (£2,350 in 2004-05; £2,350 in 2005-
06 and £2,525 in 2006-07). These exceeded £2,000 a year by a total of £1,225 - something Sir Thomas concluded was excessive.
Mr Robertson was asked to pay back £2,975.00 and has done so in full.
