Danny Alexander, Sir Thomas Legg found, was paid £125 for financial planning advice in April 2007 which is not allowable under Green Book rules. He was also paid £781 for council tax in 2007-08. This was £120.24 in excess of the council tax charged for that year. Furthermore, Mr Alexander was overpaid £40.83 for utilities and £4.75 for insurance in 2008-09.
