Members of the Scottish Cabinet are to be quizzed by the public after they meet in Skye.
First Minister Alex Salmond and his team of cabinet secretaries are spending two days on the island, with a series of events planned as well as a formal cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
It is the fifth consecutive year such an event has taken place outside of Edinburgh during Holyrood’s summer break.
After the meeting members of the public will get the chance to ask ministers about various aspects of Government policy.
Cabinet members will also speak to local businesses about the effect of tourism on the area.
As well as visiting Skye, ministers will also meet in Orkney and Renfrew next month.
