A 29-year-old man has appeared in court over an armed robbery at a Farmfoods store in Aberdeen.
Hundreds of pounds were stolen from the store on Great Northern Road on April 6.
A man allegedly brandished a knife at staff during the incident at around 6.30pm.
A Grampian Police spokesman said: "No one was injured as a result of the incident."
Malcolm Stewart, of Aberdeen, appeared at the city's sheriff court on Monday.
The 29-year-old is charged with two counts of assault and another two of attempting to pervert the course of justice. The offences are alleged to have occurred on april 6, 11 and 15.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance, expected to be on April 24.
