Three people are due in court after a man was found dead in an Aberdeen street.
Peter Newell, 31, who had been living in Aberdeen, was found dead in Grampian Lane in the Torry area of the city on Thursday evening.
Grampian Police said on Friday that a 31-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the death which was described as "suspicious". They said he was expected to appear in court in due course.
On Sunday the force confirmed a further two women, aged 30 and 22, had been charged in connection with the incident and are expected to appear in court in due course.
It is understood that 40 officers have been drafted in to work on the investigation.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal in connection with the death.
