A man has been charged after two people were assaulted in a late night attack in Aberdeen city centre.
The men, aged 31 and 29, were allegedly punched “numerous times” in the head and face on Wednesday, July 25.
Both men sustained facial injuries and were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Grampian Police have confirmed that a 24-year-old man has now been charged in connection with the assault.
The incident occurred between 9.45pm and 9.55pm at the entrance of the lane leading from King Street to the main entrance of the city’s Morrisons supermarket.
