**A woman has been taken to hospital after a car ploughed into the basement of a building in Aberdeen.*
Emergency services were called to the scene after the crash at 10.30am at the Carden Place and Albert Street junction on Wednesday.
A burgundy Ford Focus came off the road and ended up wedged between a basement level office and the pavement.
A Grampian Police spokesman said the woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary but her injuries were not life-threatening.
