Police are appealing for information after a teenage girl was reported as missing on Saturday.

Jane Humphries, 14, was last seen on Friday in the early evening.

It is believed the teenager, from Thurso, could be in the Inverness area.

Jane is described as about 5'4", of a pale complexion with a light red rinse through her shoulder length hair.

She was last seen to be wearing a black hooded top with a pink skull design on the rear, denim shorts with black tights and a light grey/pink scarf.
