Police searching for a missing teenager have found a young man's body.
Officers had been looking for 16-year-old Scott Campbell, who was last seen at around 5.15am on Saturday, near a Tesco supermarket in Inshes, Inverness.
Northern Constabulary said the body of a young man had been discovered in the Culduthel area of the city just before 10am on Sunday.
The body has not been formally identified but police said Scott's family have been made aware of the circumstances.
A police spokesman said: "The death is being treated as unexplained and inquiries are ongoing."
