A man is due to appear in court after "a dealing quantity" of Class B drugs was discovered in Inverness.

Police officers uncovered the stash in the Dalneigh area of the city on Saturday.

Officer arrested a 59-year-old man following the find.

A police spokesman said "He is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on December 31, 2012."
