A 17-year-old has died in a road traffic collision in the Highlands.
The teenager was the passenger in a silver Citroen car that crashed on the B862 Whitebridge to Fort Augustus road near the Suidhe Viewpoint.
The one-car collision, which took place at around 10pm on Saturday, saw the driver taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness for treatment.
He is understood to be in a stable condition.
The road remains closed and officers from Northern Constabulary's Road Policing Unit are conducting enquiries at the scene.
