Concern grows for missing 64-year-old not seen since Friday

Concern is growing for a missing Highland man who has not been seen since Friday.

Neil Kendall was last seen leaving his work and failed to appear for nightshifts on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort where he works as a night porter.

The 64-year-old has a medical condition and police said they are concerned for his wellbeing.

A police spokesman said: “He is described as being white, with a weathered complexion, 5ft 8ins to 5ft 10ins tall, average-slim build, balding hair and grey beard and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and red jacket, Dr Martin boots, navy trousers and a white shirt. He also wears glasses.

“Mr Kendall is a keen walker and may be out walking and dressed for such activity.”

Anyone who may have seen Mr Kendall is urged to contact police in Aviemore on 01479 810222.
