Police are trying to trace a missing teenager known as Andrew Farrar.
Andrew, 13, has been reported missing from his home address in the Tain area.
He was last seen at home on Saturday.
A spokesman for Northern Constabulary said police are concerned for his wellbeing.
Andrew is described as white, 5ft 2in to 5ft 3in in height, of slim build with short mousey brown hair.
He was wearing dark thin metal rimmed glasses, dark shorts and a dark hooded top when he was last seen.
Anybody who has seen or has any information in relation to Andrew's whereabouts is asked to contact police at Tain on 01463 715555.
UPDATE: Andrew was found safe and well on Sunday evening.
